wnat to develop torrent searcher .

Hi,
I want to develop torrent search application in c#.net. Any one can give me idea from where i have to start. I have some quries for that

1) How can search from web sites search engine and show list in my application.
2)Is there need to take permission of owner of web sites.
3)how can we get web service of web site and how to implement it in my application.

Or can i display same list of torrents form torrent-finder on my form .

Any one idea about this please let me know !

Welcome to Torrent Finder, if you want to use Torrent Finder's search results then you have to get permission from the site admin else the requests will be blocked.
