Tracker Forever Updating and Timing Out!

I have Utorrent 1.7.7 It keeps updating trackers, and when its done doing that, I get an offline/timed out error. I have tried several files and website

your problem could be a number of things,
1) The tracker could be experiencing problems although thats unlikely with it happening with everything.
2) You may be trying to run too many torrents at once.
3) You could be very unlucky and your choosing dead torrents.
4) I hope its not this one: You have been banned from most trackers due to leeching too much and not sharing. (this will only happen on private trackers as far as im aware)

No it's not #4 LOL. I have noticed it does it mostly with movie torrents. I downloaded a software file the other day and it was fine. A bit slow though.

Sounds like it might be traffic shaping by your isp.
