Torrent client proxy/server beta release.

Hey I hope this is appropriate, just wanted to let a few people know of a new torrent server/proxy/client for windows and linux, this runs as a service and provides a web interface (not a gui interface)

The free version is limited only in how many torrents it can have listed at any one time.
