sony

i know this is off topic but i need to rant, i love movies and tv and my on line games i only play one right now,i was invited to play,vanguard it a Sony game i went to there site to download the game and set up an account, i have a prepay master card.so i order the game and got declined ,which was strange enough because i had put enough money on it the night before.but i thought ok to heck with it ,what happened was they cleaned out my card and left no trace of it they even too took the dust in the corners they left nothing,if there had been more they would have taken that too.
im also finding that if i dl a movie and it comes in a file when i open the file it kicks me out of the file and back to my desk top ,i mean hay isnt that bad manners and what do i do about it other than deleteing it that is,
