Private or Public trackers which one you like?

Hi all,
Dear members we all prefer a kind of tracker(like private or public) then the other, do you have any specific reason for that?

Please post your option and help us in understanding our users better.

I like private trackers with good policies, some trackers simply ban users when the ratio goes below 1, without giving any time frame for users to get their ratios right.

some private tracker admin understand the problem faced by its users. Like if there is no demand for a file but you need it how are we going to fulfill the 1:1 ratio? so they don't enforce the ratio but they closely watch the users and decide on the course of action.

I like a good private tracker else i stay with public tracker.

I go with public as long as the download is popular and it has good seeds, I go to private trackers only for very specific searches

i prefer private...but am not a member of any since demonoid left us. they are faster than public, but it is also hard to find not so popular files...

so i guess it doesnt matter to me

private tracker all the way for me. the site im on we check all the files b4 upload so you dont get any nasty surprises like malware and trojans. you get 2 many losers on public tracker uploading fake files

I agree with Muffin and I use private sites 99% of the time.. I own my own private site and as stated we do the same and all our torrents are checked. for fakes and malware etc.But there's 1000's more reasons that i'd choose private over public as long as it's run correctly.

I like private trackers because they are safe, they are usually composed of tight and closed communities, which is to my taste. I just think public trackers are just too exposed and open and they are bound to draw the attention of all the authorities towards them. While at the same time in private trackers everything remain inside and the people outside know little about what a private tracker offers or what its members do so I am in favour of private trackers.

I like private trackers, big speeds, safe ...

latley i am using only private trackers because i can find every file i want
