Hi TF,
If you are in India I strongly recommend BSNL's DataOne, They deliver the promised bandwidth if you are about 500 to 1500 meters from the exchange and they never touch the user lines.

it's ok for users who are welling to use it for chat or reading news, but if you doing business you'd probably get two lines with different ISPs to guarantee less down time
