I wanted to post in the thread 'Invite Exchange' and I couldn't!

Read the rules in the invite and trade section they are there for a reason. you most likely dont have enough posts to enter that section.

When I click to read the rules a error msg comes up, saying: Invalid Announcement specified. If you followed a valid link, please notify the administrator
